Welcome to Reve Gold Jewelry! These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of our website and the purchase of products from Reve Gold Jewelry. By accessing or using our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before placing an order.

Sales and Returns
- All sales are final. We do not accept returns for refunds.
- If you receive damaged goods or the wrong size/item, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery. We will provide a replacement or issue store credit if a replacement is not available. Please email us at ( reveglamlover@gmail.com ) with your order number and name to initiate the process.
- Items returned to us due to a customer address error will be recharged for shipping. Please ensure your cart and shipping information are accurate before placing an order, as we are unable to modify or cancel orders once they have been placed.
2. US domestic shipping
All products are shipped out of Florida, USA. Orders will be shipped 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after placing an order. After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
We are NOT responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
3. International shipping
All products are shipped out of Florida, USA. Orders will be shipped 1-5 business days (Monday-Friday) after placing an order. After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.

4. LOST PACKAGES
Rêve Gold is not responsable for lost packages that have been safely and correctly sent out for delivery to the mail carrier. Any order sent to the incorrect address and lost due to the customer's negligence, will not receive a store credit or refund. If an order is delivered to a wrong address, the customer is completely responsable for the retrieval and/or location of the package. Although rare, if a package is lost in transit and/or marked as delivered and does not match the location listed, you may file a claim directly with USPS for assistance:
5. INCORRECT SHIPPING ADDRESS
The customer is responsible for providing the correct shipping address. If an incorrect shipping address is provided, please contact us immediately in order for us to correct it before processing the order. If the order is processed and shipped to an incorrect address, due to customer negligence, the package will be sent back to our offices and the customer is responsible for providing a correct address and responsible for return shipping costs. If the customer does not provide a correct shipping address and does not pay for return shipping costs, within 1-5 business days of the package arriving back to our offices, a refund will be issued (excluding the original shipping cost).
